Conduct pre-audits on potential suppliers to determine compliance with Hilti Process Management System policies and guidelines. Work closely with sourcing to develop potential supplier to Hilti expected quality level.

Study manufacturing process and quality control plan of supplier for key components, conduct process assurance audit to support on mass production release.
研究制造過程和關鍵部件的供應商質量控制計劃，進行過程保證審核以支持量產的進行。
Conduct routine supplier audits and workshops with existing suppliers to detect improvement potentials and discuss quality and technical issues to support suppliers on quality improvements.
定期進行供應商審核并與現(xiàn)有供應商開展對潛在改進空間以及質量和技術問題的討論，支持供應商的質量改進。
Leading components issue solves and leading and support Q-project for supplier quality improvement and regular supplier quality rating
帶領與支持零部件質量問題的解決以及供應商質量改進項目和定期的供應商評估。
Your profile 基本要求
Bachelors Degree or above, majoring in mechanical and engineering related subjects;
本科以上，主修機械工程等相關專業(yè)；
Good English speaking, reading and writing;
良好的英語口語與讀寫；
The strong ability of trouble shooting and quality tools (8D,DOE, SPC, etc.) and the Experience in inspection and measuring area
具有較強的解決問題的能力，熟悉使用相關質量工具(8D,DOE, SPC, etc.)以及在質檢與測量領域有一定的經驗；
Experience in quality process audit is a basic prerequisite and preferably has auditor license;
須有質量流程審核的經驗，持有審核員證尤佳；
Good communication ability & interpersonal and 3 year of Quality Engineer experience in a multinational company is preferable.
良好的溝通和人際交往的能力，至少3年跨國公司質量工程師工作經驗的優(yōu)先。
