1. Technical secondary school degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or related.中專以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械或相關(guān)工程類專業(yè)畢業(yè).
2. Familiar with 2D drawings, with ability of dimension survey and evaluation.能讀懂機(jī)械工程圖紙，具有一定的尺寸測量方法評價能力。
3. Familiar with test equipment such as: image measuring instrument, projector, hardness tester, tensile test machine, sample piece cut and polish, etc..熟悉檢測設(shè)備如：拉力試樣機(jī)、金相樣件切割/拋光、影像測量儀、投影儀、硬度計等的操作使用。
4. Good team work spirit and communication skills, high enthusiasm in works.具有良好的團(tuán)隊合作精神和溝通協(xié)調(diào)技能，工作積極性強(qiáng)。
5. Good computer skills and MS Office.良好的計算機(jī)辦公軟件和MS Office使用能力。
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任務(wù)和職責(zé)
1. To inspect and test timely and release reports to relevant departments base on testing plan.根據(jù)項目測試要求，準(zhǔn)確、及時地完成相應(yīng)的檢測工作，并輸出檢驗報告反饋到相關(guān)部門。
2. Receiving ,mark, record and keeping samples of new project, to ensure documents must be same as samples.負(fù)責(zé)新樣品的接收、標(biāo)識、登帳以及留樣工作，做到帳、物一致。
3. Daily maintenance and check of test/measurement equipments and fixtures. Audit and check same works on-site.負(fù)責(zé)對試驗室檢測設(shè)備、量具的日常維護(hù)、點檢和保養(yǎng)工作，監(jiān)督現(xiàn)場所使用量具的日常維護(hù)、點檢和保養(yǎng)工作是否執(zhí)行到位。
4. Handle the new projects test job and especial for SPR projects, include dimension test, mechanical property test and testing data collection. 負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品特別是SPR項目的測試工作，包括尺寸測試，力學(xué)性能測試和試驗數(shù)據(jù)收集。
5. Daily 6S and EHS works of Lab.負(fù)責(zé)試驗室日常6S、EHS工作的執(zhí)行。
