Right SAP Sales Demand Forecast and Production Order Handling to ensure all customer requirements are fulfilled in time and accurate.Ensuring the Master Production Planning (MPS) as defined by GSC Planning in SAP and aligned with feasible Rough Cut Capacity for bottleneck Work Centre & DL HC factors.Ensuring all customer order deliveries are fulfilled in term of quantity and quality and in defined targets of On Time Shipment (OTS) & indirect support to HUB or DC to improving and sustain the OTD and producing plant CSL.Remain the right tracking in Phase-In and Phase Out Product Planning included Sample Run & Pilot Run and relevant ECR Management.Regularly right track of the production order monitoring and controlling. Continuous improvement on lean processes and practices with performing Lean Projects or Kaizen and minimize the non-value added processes.Optimize and update department’s process descriptions and standard operating procedures.Conduct On Job Training and know how Training to all responsible employee to perform and achieve high efficient and effective working processes and outputs.Other assignment related to job responsibilities scopes from direct superior. Requirements: Bachelor Degree Holder Minimum 5 years in similar position or working experiencesGood oral and writing in English and Chinese Immediate level Microsoft Word, Excel and depth knowledge and experience in SAP Warehouse and Shipping related modules. Specific Production Planning & Controlling Knowledge SAP Knowledge in Production Planning (PP), Sales Distribution (SD) and Material Management (MM)
