生產管理
1、Pay attention to the use of production tools and consumables according to the work arrangement, and be responsible for the safe production schedule of each link;
2、Organize, implement, supervise and control the production process of various technology, quality, equipment, cost, output indicators;
3、According to the production scheduling plan, analyze and balance the capacity of each process of the workshop, and make reasonable and efficient daily production plan of the workshop;
4、Organized and coordinated workshop production and monitored the progress to ensure timely delivery of products;
5、Fully responsible for on-site 6S and safety management of workshop;
6、Comprehensively understand the daily operation of the machine and equipment in the workshop, and be responsible for organizing the spot inspection, maintenance and maintenance of the machine and equipment in the workshop.
任職資格Qualifications:
1、Bachelor degree or above, major in papermaking or chemical engineering is preferred;
2、More than 3-5 years working experience in chemical industry, more than 1-3 years team management experience;
3、Fluent oral English communication is a must!!
